A smooth, balanced full-body class that combines mindful movement with dynamic strength-building. With plenty of options to scale up or down, it’s ideal for most people, whether you’re deepening your practice or keeping your body moving with intention.

Soma Stretch & Restore

All Levels

A slower, more breath-led class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and bring calm to body and mind. Great as a recovery session or to balance a busy life.
